Located just over Aix en Provence, this wonderfull house waits for you. In the middle of pines, lavanders and olive trees, a very quiet place for marvellous hollydays.

DESCRIPTION
Ideally built at the end of the small road going through the pines, which prevents you from any noise, the house is in the middle of a 4000 sqm garden, looking to the South, with a wonderfull vew over Luberon and Sainte Victoire mounts.
It overlooks a tiny Provence village : ROGNES, where you can go down through a small pedestrian path, to go to the baker in the morning, before coming back for a gorgeous breakfast on the terras or along the swimming pool.

- a large and sunny living room, all the windows looking to the garden, equipped with sofas, TV, DVD, etc...
- an "open" kitchen, fully equipped : dishwasher, electric hoven, vitro cooker, micro waves hoven, fridge and freezer

THE GARDEN
All the rooms of the house (except one room at the 1st fllor) look to the garden : pines surrounding a nice garden with olive trees, lavenders and many other mediterranean plants. Several steps goes down to the "restanque" where you will play bowls.
THE SWIMMING POOL
Hollydays in Provence could not be perfect without a swimming pool ! ours (10 m x 5 m) is in the middle of the garden, in front of the terras.
Technical Informations
- the household linven is provided (beds, bathrooms, napkins, etc...)
- Housekeeping is done before and after your stay. But you can also ask for the housekeeper, not included in the price.
- The garden and the swimming pool maintenant are done by our gardener (included in the price)
- Postman comes everyday. Our own mail is collected by our neighbour, and you are allowed to use our mailbox
- Internet connexion should be made through you own mobile
- You will find in the house a book with all the necessary technical details( toilets, machines way of use, emergency informations, Police/Doctor/Firemen/Housekeeper/Gardener phone numbers, but also touristic informations, wine retailers, etc...
